Where should I start with my project?+
Start with your location, approximate area, the kind of space you want and a comfortable budget. Drawings or reference images are helpful, but a simple idea is enough to begin a brief.
Can I plan construction and interiors together?+
Yes. Choose a turnkey project in the brief. Considering interiors early helps align layouts, lighting, electrical points and materials with the overall build.
How is the project budget decided?+
The site, scope, specifications and finishes determine the budget. The planning tool uses your assumptions; a formal quotation requires a reviewed scope and project-specific quantities.
How long will my project take?+
Timelines depend on area, complexity, approvals and material availability. Include your target date in your brief so a realistic schedule can be discussed.
What happens when I create a brief?+
Your brief downloads as a text file for you to review and share. This website does not send it to NIVI or store your details on a server.
